2 Definitions and Explanations

The meaning of words and terms used in this document is given below:

• "ace444" / "Platform" — The website and mobile application operated under the ace444 brand.
• "User" / "Member" — Any person registered on or using the services of ace444.
• "Account" — A registered profile created on the platform in the user's name.
• "Wallet" — The cash balance held within an account.

3 Account Registration

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ace444 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks). All approved deposits are added to the wallet.

5.2 Withdrawals

5.3 Fraudulent Transactions

6 Bonuses and Promotions

A 100% bonus of up to ৳5,000 is available on the first deposit at ace444. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example — a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

6.2 Weekly Reload Reward

Under the ace444 weekly reload reward, a 20% bonus on eligible deposits is available once per week, up to ৳3,000. Wagering is 15 times, minimum deposit ৳500.

6.3 Slots Festival Bonus

The ace444 Slots Festival Bonus is activated by depositing into slot games once per day — 30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20 times, minimum deposit ৳500.

6.4 Other Promotions

The ace444 Cricket Deposit Bonus can be claimed once per weekend — 25% bonus on deposits in the cricket or sports section, up to ৳4,000, wagering 18 times, minimum deposit ৳500.

The Birthday Special Gift allows a reward of up to ৳1,000 to be claimed once in the registered birthday month, with wagering 10 times.

6.5 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless ace444 separately permits it.
• If a bonus is misused or its terms are violated, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ace444 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion.

7 Fair Use Policy

ace444 services are for personal entertainment use only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Attempting to collect bonuses from multiple accounts.
• Placing bets from or transferring balances between another person's account.
• Exploiting technical errors in any game or promotion.
• Representing oneself as an ace444 employee or representative.

If such activities are proven, the relevant account will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Rights of ace444

ace444 may temporarily or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly for breach of terms, without prior notice. This includes false information, fraud, misuse or failure to complete KYC.

8.2 User Rights

A user may request closure of their own account at any time. In such cases, valid wallet funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned if applicable withdrawal conditions are met.

9 Limitation of Liability

ace444 will not be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss arising from use of the platform where that loss results from the user's own decisions or actions. However, any loss caused by ace444's own technical errors will be resolved appropriately.

Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and ace444 does not guarantee any specific win or result. The decision to play any game is entirely the user's own.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
